Our team will confirm your registration, provide course details, and send you a confirmation email with everything you need to prepare for your training day. For group bookings of 8 or more, we offer on-site training at your workplace.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 7 business days before your course start date for a full refund or free transfer to another date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course may be subject to a rescheduling fee. No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds. We always do our best to accommodate schedule changes whenever possible.
Yes, we offer competitive group discounts for businesses sending multiple employees for training. Discounts apply to groups of 5 or more students enrolled in the same course session. For larger groups of 8 or more, we also provide the option of on-site training at your workplace, which can save your team travel time and reduce overall training costs. Please bring valid government-issued photo identification, comfortable clothing suitable for hands-on practice (you will be kneeling and performing physical skills), closed-toe shoes, and a pen or pencil. All course materials, textbooks, and training equipment are provided by Mainland Safety Training. We recommend bringing a water bottle and a snack, as courses typically run for a full day. Lunch breaks are included in the schedule.
